Order Processing & Shipping Details

At Wellafor, we’re dedicated to ensuring your order is handled with care and delivered on time. Here’s everything you need to know:


🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

United States
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International
Delivery usually takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.

Please note: Delays may occur due to weather, customs, peak seasons, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


Cancellations & Address Changes

  • To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours at contact@wellafor.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within the same 24-hour window. Once shipped, we can no longer make changes.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.


💥 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us at contact@wellafor.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
